Techniks Tool Group (TTG) is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of branded highly-engineered, consumable, high-cost-of-failure aftermarket and OEM tooling products in North America.

TTG sells products under several industry-leading brands including Techniks, Parlec and C6 with more than 90 years of combined operating history. TTG focuses on providing standard and specialized innovative tooling for manufacturers using CNC (computer numeric controlled) machines, offering an unparalleled portfolio of tool holding (e.g., all major types of toolholders, collets, etc.), workholding, cutting tool (including for composite cutting applications) and other products (e.g., setup machines, deburring machines, etc.) that are used every day in mission critical applications across many industries such as aerospace, medical, defense, automotive, energy, die & mold, engineering, and other industrial sectors.


TTG brings its innovative solutions to market through direct customer relationships, eCommerce, as well as an expansive network of over 1,500 regional, national, and on-line industrial distribution partners that provide complete coverage of North America and offer customers convenient order consolidation and local support. Parlec produces tool holding solutions for high-performance applications requiring the most stringent quality standards for accuracy, balance, and rigidity to perform in some of the most challenging applications. Parlec offers a wide range of specialized and standard tool holding solutions, including all major types of toolholders (e.g., CAT 40, HSK), collets, nuts, and other products.

C6 Composite Tooling delivers specialized cutting tools optimized for the machining of light-weight composite materials increasingly used by OEM manufacturers and Tier I suppliers in aerospace, energy, and automotive.

Earth-Chain provides sophisticated magnetic workholding and material handling solutions for ferritic materials, offering highly customized and standardized solutions to its customers.

The Spinner provides innovative customized and standard deburring technologies for batch processing of small parts, allowing its customers to optimize and expedite the deburring process.

Leadership

Dean Glover

President & Chief Executive Officer

Dean joined Techniks Tool Group in 2017. Dean oversees TTG’s strategic plan with a focus on expanding current market share. Prior to joining TTG, Dean held a number of positions in public and private equity owned companies including Chief Executive Officer at Miratech Corporation, President at Braden a division of Global Power Equipment Group, Director of international Manufacturing at Diebold, as well as various leadership and technical positions including Master Black-Belt Asia Six Sigma Quality at General Electric.

Rob Sauerbrey

Chief Financial Officer & Vice President, Operations

Rob joined Techniks Tool Group in 2013 and was named Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Operations in 2017. Rob is responsible for all accounting, finance, risk management, and operations functions. Before joining TTG, Rob worked as Division Controller at Clondalkin Flexible Packaging, Controller at Autocar, and Senior Financial Analyst at Emerson Electric.

Greg Webb

Executive Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Accounts

Greg started with Techniks Tool Group in 2000 as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Greg’s current responsibilities include leading the marketing department, managing strategic cutting tool manufacturer and machine OEM relationships, and overseeing TTG’s acquisition strategy. Prior to joining TTG, Greg held several sales leadership positions at IKON Office Solutions.

Mike Eneix

Vice President, Sales

Mike joined Techniks Tool Group in 2001 as National Sales Manager and was named Vice President, Sales in 2014. Mike’s responsibilities include handling the generation and management of multiple successful accounts and overseeing the success of the customer service team. Before joining TTG, Mike served in a number of senior sales positions at IKON Office Solutions.

Jill O’Dea

Vice President, Operations and Finance

Jill started with Parlec in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to Vice President, Operations and Finance in 2018 following TTG’s acquisition of Parlec. Jill oversees TTG’s Parlec manufacturing operations. Jill is also a CPA. Prior to joining Parlec, Jill was Chief Financial Officer at Hover-Davis, a manufacturer of label and tape feeding systems.
